A handful of two and three wheeled machines are grabbing the attention of visitors attending the Australian International Motor Show at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The Sydney Motorcycle Show stand features a host of incredible moto models, giving a small but tantalising insight into the lineup of motorcycles, scooters and ATVs that will be on show when the event comes to town from November 21-23.
Of particular interest amongst a variety of models is the recently-unveiled Casey Stoner tribute Ducati, featuring custom artwork dedicated to the Aussie's MotoGP title win last season.
Mark Petersen of Exhibitions and Trade Fairs said the stand was proving particularly popular with Sydneysiders.
"With figures recently released by the FCAI indicating that motorcycle sales figures continue to rapidly rise, it is little wonder that visitors to an car show are showing so much interest in the bikes on display," said Petersen.
"We've got a variety of very different models on the stand - some straight from the showroom and other one off models, including the very popular Casey Stoner tribute Ducati."
The 2008 Sydney Motorcycle Show will be the biggest showcase event ever staged, with a multi-million dollar display of motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, customs and concepts on display.
The event will run for three big days and features a range of demonstrations from stunt and FMX riders, the next leg of the Australian Custom Bike Championships and National Pogo Championships, a massive apparel sale and much more.
