From now until the end of December this year owners of the popular W 203 model Mercedes-Benz C-Class can enjoy reduced pricing for scheduled maintenance servicing on their car.

Customers who own either a C-Class sedan, estate or sports coupé from the previous-model Mercedes-Benz C-Class model series (built between 2000 and 2007) will pay no more than the rates detailed below for standard Mercedes-Benz A- and B-Servicing at any participating authorised Mercedes-Benz dealership.

According to the managing director of Service and Parts at Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific, Frank La Serra, the goal of this programme is a simple one.

“We want more of our customers to experience the after-sales service Mercedes-Benz offers.”

“Our marque is famous for many things; longevity is one of them, and correctly caring for your car is arguably one of the most effective methods to reduce the cost of car ownership,” said La Serra.

The benefits of this national offer are numerous, and not simply confined to its pricing.

Owners who elect to service their car with an authorised Mercedes-Benz passenger car dealership benefit from the following features:

  • Having factory-trained technical staff attend to their car who use knowledge and skill developed from ongoing factory training
  • All authorised Mercedes-Benz workshops are fitted with the latest diagnostic and repair equipment to ensure all work is performed to the highest standards and most efficient timeframes
  • The use of factory parts which are covered by a comprehensive two-year warranty
  • Cars receive the latest factory-developed software upgrades to ensure optimal performance

“The durability and performance of our vehicles are long-standing characteristics of the Mercedes-Benz marque, and that has been partly achieved by customers applying the correct workshop care and attention when maintaining their car,” concluded La Serra.

This generous national offer ends December 31 2009, and is not available on the W 203-series C 55 AMG.

Customers are encouraged to contact their local authorised Mercedes-Benz passenger car dealership for further details about this offer.

The Mercedes-Benz C-Class is the biggest-selling model in the German auto-maker’s Australian passenger car range.

More than 34,000 W 203 model-series C-Class sedans, estates and sports coupés were sold in Australia between 2000 and 2008.
