Hyundai Rolled Out The Red Carpet For The Stars Of The 50th Annual TV Week Logies - (Australia)

May 5th, 2008

Hyundai rolled out the red carpet for over 50 celebrities last night including Georgie Parker, Megan Gale, Jennifer Hawkins and Socceroo John Aloisi for the TV Week Logies. As an official partner, Hyundai delivered the stars in luxury to the red carpet in the stylish Hyundai Grandeur and Sonata.

Inside the Awards, Leisel Jones and partner Marty Pask sat on a star-studded Hyundai table including Socceroo Legend John Aloisi and his wife Angela, and Vice-Captain of the Carlton Blues Nick Stevens and his partner Jacqui Newton.

“Hyundai is thrilled to have welcomed Australia's TV stars to the Logie Awards for 2008,” said Tiffanny Junee, Manager Corporate Communications and Media for Hyundai Motor Company Australia. “We thought it was only fitting that Hyundai's award-winning range showed their support for another night of great Australian Awards.”

The stars flaunted this seasons hottest looks down the Hyundai sponsored Red Carpet. Jennifer Hawkins wore a dress by Tony Maticevski for Louis Vuitton, while Megan Gale was looking hot dressed in Roberto Cavalli. “It's been a great year for me so far, and I'm so excited to celebrate tonight and see who wins the Gold Logie,” Megan Gale said.

Hyundai's presence on the Logies red carpet coincides with the launch of Hyundai's ESP safety advertising campaign, which popular Australian actress Georgie Parker will front. “The ESP technology is the single most important safety measure to be introduced to cars since the seatbelt,” Georgie Parker said. “I really admire Hyundai for rolling out ESP into their whole range so that it's accessible for everyday Australian families, and I'm proud to be partnering with them for this important safety campaign.”
