SsangYong has announced a new top of the line model designation across its entire Australian range with the introduction of the high specification SPR model.
SPR represents the highest equipment levels possible delivering every available option from the SsangYong option catalogue as well as top of the line engine and transmission specification.
The new SPR designation will mark vehicles that wear it, as the most exclusive and luxurious SsangYong's available.
Features such as the latest technology variable geometry turbochargers, Anti-Rollover Protection program. Brake Assist , T-tronic automatic transmissions with thumbs up shift controls will be seen on SPR models setting them apart from standard models.
SPR models will feature luxury items including full leather trim, climate control air conditioning and electrically operated slide and tilt sunroofs.
Other standard equipment on SPR electrically operated and heated seats as well as convenience items like rain sensitive automatic wipers, auto dimming mirrors and automatic headlight controls.
SsangYong Motors Australasia managing director, Russell Burling says SPR will represent the pinnacle of SsangYong's line up with the highest specifications in both performance and equipment.
"I believe buyers will quickly come to realise that any SsangYong that wears the SPR badge will be a premium model that delivers on all expectations," said Russell.
