Mercedes-Benz scores First Choice in Kelley Blue Book Brand Image Awards

At the recent New York Auto Show Mercedes-Benz received three awards in the influential Kelley Blue Book (kbb.com) Brand Image Awards.

The Kelley Blue Book Brand Image Awards recognize automakers' outstanding achievements in creating and maintaining brand attributes that capture the attention and enthusiasm of the new-vehicle buying public. Awards are presented to top brands in seven vehicle categories, for Best Overall Interior Design and Best Overall Exterior Design across all categories and the Best Overall Prestige Brand.

Nearly one out of every three people who buy a new or used car in the United States visits the site. According to J.D. Power and Associates' AutoShopper.com studies, more car-buyers use kbb.com than any other three sites combined! The Web site has been named the most visited for eight years in a row.

Kelley Blue Book researchers assess how manufacturers create and maintain brand attributes that consumers predominantly look for when buying a new car.
In the all important Best Overall Prestige Brand Mercedes-Benz was announced as the winner.

That it was judged the Best Overall Prestige Brand by new-vehicle shoppers at kbb.com should surprise no one.”*

In the Sports car/Convertible category Mercedes-Benz was awarded - Best Interior Design.

From the SLK to the SLR , every convertible and sports car Mercedes makes boasts a superior passenger cabin. “ *

In the Luxury SUV category Mercedes-Benz was awarded - Best Exterior Design
